Volunteer Your Time

Volunteers play an integral role at Lily House. If you have a heart to work with these young women, please complete an application form as your skills, talents, or simple heart to help may be just what we are looking for.

Some of the skills volunteers bring to Lily House

Spending time: with the girls, sharing coffee, stories, and wisdom.
Teaching skills: such as post-natal support, cooking, sewing, art, craft, and parenting.
Transport: taking girls to appointments, shopping, or other commitments.
Promotion: including applications for funding, corporate sponsorship, fund raising or helping to coordinate events.
Helping in the office: Filing, typing, and answering the telephone.
Maintenance: including gardening, cleaning, odd jobs, and repairs, going to the dump.
Fundraising: we appreciate the help people who are gifted in promotion, fundraising, advertising, networking, or would like to advocate on behalf of Lily House.
